A custom-built office building that incorporates many energy-saving and sustainable building features.

It was our intention to create a 'green' building that did not look or feel like an 'alternative' building. It has a commercial look and feel and incorporates features such as an independent water supply, solar water heating, up-rated insulation, natural ventilation, high-tech double glazing, decorative sunshades and significantly reduced operating and energy loads.

Total operating costs are less than 50% of a minimum Building Code construction of a similar size.

The internal work spaces are light and airy, easy to control and have surpassed our expectations.
