The building has been upgraded in two stages, the first being a small office addition and the second is lifting of the existing roof to provide a full intermediate floor to allow for expansion of the occupant’s manufacturing facilities.

A translucent façade, along with slatted timber screen, allows light into the building and given a surreal night-time appearance.
