Essentially two separate buildings with a parking building between. The structure provides separate office and retail spaces at its western and eastern ends while utilising a full, flexible floor across the upper floor.

Each end of the building has a distinctly different design and ambience to reflect their intended uses. Flexibility of space and function is a key component of the design.
