'Otamahana' is a sixteen-unit apartment building overlooking a popular Northland tourist and holiday beach. The building has been designed to nestle below the sight lines of surrounding neighbours and give an identifiable location to each apartment.

All units have two bedrooms, a separate bathroom or en suite and an open plan living area that flows onto a private deck overlooking Coopers Beach village and out to sea. The building has been given a contemporary feel while still paying respect to the surrounding residential neighbourhood.
