This apartment complex is the largest in the Nelson region featuring 43 units that overlook some of the most stunning scenery Nelson has to offer. The design is tiered in response to the hill behind, visually softening and complementing it.

The useable site area of 1,354m² has been maximised and all apartments are private, compact, sunny and have generous decks with total transparency between indoor and outdoor living spaces. All apartments were sold within two weeks of opening a showroom which replicated an apartment and featured the types of finishes and furnishings that the apartments would have.
