The house started as a severely leaking building that demonstrated the worst construction techniques and features from the 1990s. The proposed alterations will solve all of its previous problems and turn the house into a very liveable family home incorporating passive solar features, shading during the summer months and maximise the magnificent views available from the site.

The site is superbly landscaped and the proposed alterations provide a more cohesive flow from the house to the garden while at the same time retaining privacy to various parts of the house.
