Springlands Lifestyle Village is a comprehensive retirement complex. Stage 1 incorporates a rest home facility and independent living apartments. Stage 2 is a full geriatric hospital facility. Currently under construction is Stage 3, which incorporates additional rest home rooms and stand-alone apartments. Fifteen individual villas have been completed to date with another eight under construction.

The architectural style incorporates vernacular features of the surrounding residential neighbourhood while the interior gives the impression more like a hotel than a retirement village.
